Site Features:
Site Fees: $10.00 for adults 18 and over, $7.00 ages 14-17, $5.00 ages 5-13, under 5 are free. Family Max of $32.00 (all must reside in the same household consisting of up to two adults and their children.) Non-member surcharge of $3.00 applies to non-member adults. Make checks payable to: SCA Inc., Barony of Elfsea. A parent or legal guardian must accompany minors however; they may also attend with a 21-year or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver Form from parents. Event is set up on Acceps so you may pre-register at http://acceps.ansteorra.org/
Site Rules: Site opens 7:00 pm Friday and closes 12:00 Sunday. It is a wet site in period containers only. Service animals only. Please do not bring your personal pets as it will be hot and we want a safe environment for all. Please leave the site better than how you found it. We will have members of the SCA patrolling the site due to another party using the hall during this event. This does not take the place of common sense. Be respectful of everone.
We are taking reservations for list field space. Please reserve your list field space with the Event Steward, no later than one week prior to the event. Any remaining space will be opened up to the populace the day of the event. The Barony is using its largest pavillion (Big Blue) for open seating. We hope that this will encourage people to daytrip and carpool to conserve on gas and money. There will also be open seating available under two other pavillions. So come one and all!
